Scholarship for poor students:
In remote and impoverished area in China, most students are thirst for entering the key
Universities and finish their education. C-A EDF mainly provides the scholarship for those college students who are poor but study hard and have good school report card and also help them complete their studies.

The standard appraisement:
The standard of grant-aided project depends on the level for the poor students, the situation of the students report card and admission notice of the enroll colleges and universities and so on.
1) The monthly income of the family of the student.
2) The admission notice of the college of the student.
3) The report card of graduation of the student in high school.
Financial aid amount:
Financial aid amount C-A EDF provide RMB2000 for the students until they Graduate and complete their studies.
The procedure of operation:
Application: It is asked for the colleges, the parents of the students and the villages Committee to show the letters and give evidence the said student are real poor students to raise the application.
Verification: After visiting the volunteers, the project group and special financial aid committee of China Education Development for the verification an approval.
Allocation of funds: The said foundation will write letters to notify every student and their parents who receive the financial aid. The students who receive the financial aid under the supervision of coordinator. C-A EDF will send supervisor to inspect the situation of the students irregularly. The results of the supervision will be the evidence of application for next year. If the student is not qualified, he or she will be cancelled for the application.
